The Lodge
The Bulkley River Lodge is on a remote section of one of the best Steelhead rivers on the planet located within the traditional Wet'suwet'en Territory. River-front access and no neighbors are great assets for a fishing lodge.

The River
The Bulkley River has one of the largest, if not the largest wild Steelhead runs in the world. The river is blessed with over ninety miles of classic fly water.
The Fish
Steelhead from 5 to 30 pounds... These wild fish are well known for attacking surface presentations throughout the season.
Travel Tips
Getting Here
Air Canada offers regularly scheduled flights from Vancouver to Smithers.We strongly suggest you fly into Smithers the day before your scheduled arrival to the lodge. The Air Canada schedule only arrives into Smithers once per day. Smithers has a selection of hotels and most are within walking distance to restaurants and shops on our charming Main Street. We will arrange to pick you up from the hotel in the morning. It is a short drive to the lodge, located on the river with jet boats parked on the dock ready for your first day.
We strongly encourage that you purchase travel cancelation insurance for any problems that may arise on your travels to Smithers.
