The Lodge
The Bulkley River Lodge is on a remote section of one of the best Steelhead rivers on the planet located within the traditional Wet'suwet'en Territory. River-front access and no neighbors are great assets for a fishing lodge.
The River
The Bulkley River has one of the largest, if not the largest wild Steelhead runs in the world. The river is blessed with over ninety miles of classic fly water.
The Fish
Steelhead from 5 to 30 pounds... These wild fish are well known for attacking surface presentations throughout the season.

Having never been to British Columbia Steelhead fishing before, my mind was full of folklore and curiosity. I set out with a goal of just wanting to catch one. Just one. Before long I realized I was in a very special place. The lodge is really comfortable but, not stuffy. The experienced long time staff treats every guest like family and you want for nothing. Needless to say, the fishing can be completely insane with the right conditions! I start thinking about this trip the day after I leave. Its that special. If you don't want to go Ill take your place!
