The Lodge
The Bulkley River Lodge is on a remote section of one of the best Steelhead rivers on the planet located within the traditional Wet'suwet'en Territory. River-front access and no neighbors are great assets for a fishing lodge.
The Fish
Steelhead from 5 to 30 pounds... These wild fish are well known for attacking surface presentations throughout the season.

Primetime for Steelhead is late August to the middle of November
The River
The Bulkley River has one of the largest, if not the largest wild Steelhead runs in the world. The river is blessed with over ninety miles of classic fly water.

Hi everyone, this is Katie! I was born and raised in Smithers and graduated in 2022. I’m an avid snowboarder, I started when I was five and have competed in many boardercross and banked slalom races. Some of my favourite things to do are bake and spend time with friends and family going golfing, quading and camping. I’m a foodie so I’m excited to see what Bunky has to cook up! Growing up, my family spent a lot of time fishing on the riverbank and, in more recent years, I’ve enjoyed getting more into it myself. I’m looking forward to this opportunity to meet new people and gain valuable experiences.
